I was initially in the education sector for many years delivering education and management training to a wide audience, added to this I enjoyed a number of years in the health and fitness industry specialising in sports rehabilitation, diet and nutrition.   

The Life Coaching qualification has just formalised the skills used throughout most of my life.  I have coached many people in a wide variety of situations, prompting change for the better and improving quality of life for all.  My experiences range from personal one to one coaching in addition to visiting many businesses to conduct corporate coaching.  It is within these environments that I have enjoyed helping individuals and groups accomplish their aims and reaching their true potential in so many different ways.
