ETHOS The ethos by which our coaching is conducted is very straight forward and compliments the process in its entirety. This is a very strict code of conduct encompassed around a set of guiding principles that reflects the coaching commitment to you. It is through this ethos that the highest of standards can be obtained, making the impossible, possible, for you the client. COACH/CLIENT PARTNERSHIP This is the most important aspect of life coaching, you have to be sure that you connect with your coach and your coach connects with you, whilst you strive to excel in life through the coaching process. The results of this partnership will be evident through the gains you make in life towards the goals and achievements you seek to command. RESPECT AND HONESTY Client confidentiality is of the utmost importance and is strictly adhered to from the onset. In addition, coaching will be provided in an open and honest manner with the client's requirements and needs always intact. All feedback will be given with complete honesty encompassed around realistic targets and positive action that will take place upon agreement of you the client. COMMITMENT TO THE COACHING PROCESS The life coaching process is dependent upon the tireless commitment by both the coach and the client, this is throughout the agreed term of coaching to ensure that the client achieves all that they desire through a voyage of discovery about you and life.
